Repair kit for Mercruiser newer style (2000 & up) Bronze raw water pump with the 6 bolt cover. These pumps have the 15mm shaft with two flats and use impeller 47-862232A2 or 47-8M0104229

, retaining ring , impeller , o-ring seal, shaft bearing stop tool, seal installation tool, bearing retaining compound and detailed instructions.
A press, large vise , ball joint press, or other suitable tool it required to properly push the bearings onto the shaft.
Outer seal must be removed to gain access to retaining ring. (see second photo)
Note: Some pumps do not have a retaining ring.
